David Leinweber, owner of Angler's Covey, often finds himself tied to responsibilities at the store. But, with a little persuading, he is eager to share his experience with you on the stream. He particularly likes to work with the beginner fly fisher and currently teaches the "Fly Fishing Basics" and "Basic Casting" classes.
In 2005, he built a 6,500 sq. ft. store, complete with casting ponds and an indoor casting area. Angler's Covey has developed more of a focus on teaching fly fishing, with camps, classes, private lessons and guided trips year-round. David promotes Angler's Covey as the place to learn to fly fish and banks on customers buying their gear to outfit their adventure.
