Information
The Upper Delaware River System is located on the New York and Pennsylvania border and is said to be the best wild trout fishery in the eastern US. Only 2 1/2 hours from New York City, the East and West Branch of the Delaware originate in the Catskill Mountains where they join to create the scenic Delaware River. These three rivers are a fly fishers paradise where wild trout test the skills of all levels of anglers. Further downriver, the fabled waters of the Neversink join in. From April-October ,we guide fly fishing on the Main Stem, West Branch, East Branch and the Neversink River for the legendary wild trout of the Catskills. From July-October is the best time to target the hard fighting smallmouth that call the main stem Delaware their home. Novices and experts alike can benefit fishing from a drift boat or wade fishing with a full time fly fishing guide. Learning the fly fishing techniques, hatches and flies of the Delaware River are all part of your experience, and of course the great scenery, and those hard fighting fish!
